If you attend yoga classes regularly and have an established home practice you may want to consider attending a workshop at ‘Om Bless Yoga’, which can help you step things up a notch by offering tools and experiences beyond those usually included in typical hour-long class. Our livestream or in-person workshops and series can last from one to ninety minutes, or up to a few hours. Highlighting a single topic/technique or encompassing several.
